A very backlogged request. This one was in general, coming along badly and looked stark and dull till I added the cherry blossom like background. This could be the warrior cat Bluestar, leader of Thunderclan before Firestar took her place. Though the request was just someone who wanted a blue cat.
It is the best picture ever but Bluestar has blue eyes, otherwise it's perfect
